I'm an amateur nature photographer residing in Central Vermont. I grew up on an old farm in the country, where I spent weekends and summers out in the fields and woods. Photography gets me out into the field where I feel at home. When fishing I usually keep my camera at the ready. I enjoy the challenge of trying to get the best photo I can of each animal I see.
Vermont gets an amazing variety of birds during the spring, summer, and fall. I want to share what I see around me with others, using my camera. I hope I can inspire others to explore these areas and maybe visit them with a camera in hand. My usual equipment is a Canon R5 with a 100-500mm telephoto lens.
